Can I RETURN / CHANGE my purchase?

We hope you don't need to; but we at LiFE is NOW... understand, the customer should ultimately be happy in your decision to purchase from us once you've received the product.  Please contact us so we can work to find a solution together. 

MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE items must be reported immediately after your receipt of the item so we can notify our vendor. Use the contact us link above.  Any items deemed the fault of the vendor can be refunded or a new item sent.

EXCHANGE items please contact us with the link noted above.

In order for a return to be acceptable it must be in its original form, unwashed or used and with any original tagging.

You may be required to ship the product back to us or our vendor at your cost unless the product was defective or erroneous due to vendor workmanship.
