Can I RETURN my purchase?

Yes.  We at LiFE is NOW... have chosen what we feel is high quality, comfortable clothing and impress upon the fact that you, the customer should ultimately be happy in your decision to purchase from us once you've received the product. 

In order for a return to be acceptable it must be in its original form, unwashed or unused and with any original tagging. Any unwashed, unworn clothing item purchased from lifeisnowshop.com may be returned within 30 days from original date of purchase

What happens if I receive merchandise that is damaged or not what I ordered?

We do apologize if this occurs, however, if you receive merchandise that was damaged or not what you requested, please follow the instructions in this section: Error exchange.

Can I EXCHANGE my purchase?

Yes, we at LiFE is NOW... understand you are purchasing a product from a website and therefore you are unable to determine the physical characteristics (feel, size, color etc.) of the product.  While we do hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase; if, however you are in need of an exchange please see Straight exchange below.  If the size or color is a different price, adjustments will be made at time of exchange/refund.

How do I RETURN / EXCHANGE my purchase?

We understand you may need to return or exchange your purchase and in order to do so, please follow the appropriate instructions below.

If you are returning or exchanging, please complete the contact form to let us know and provide the reason as well as what product you wish to receive as a replacement so we can expect your return.

Straight exchange for physical characteristics (e.g. size, color, feel)

(2.)  The exchange will be processed upon receiving and if there is no change in pricing your requested product will be shipped to you via standard shipping for which we will pay.

Error exchange due to receiving the wrong, damaged or defective product.
